Key Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Sales Experience:
    1. Proven experience in challenging, target-based sales.
    2. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Individual and Energetic:
    1. Ability to work independently.
    2. Self-starter with high energy and a strong work ethic.
    3. Reliable and goal-oriented.
  • IT Service Experience:
    1. Minimum 2 years in IT service (Custom Application Development, Software Development, Web Design, and Mobile Application Development).
  • Positive Attitude:
    1. Must have a positive attitude towards meeting and achieving quarterly sales targets.
    2. Company-oriented with the ability to contribute positively to the work environment.
  • Project Management Skills:
    1. Ability to handle larger projects independently.
    2. Analytical skills to understand project requirements and prepare detailed proposals.
  • Client Interaction:
    1. Engage in pre-sales discussions, negotiations, and closing sales.
    2. Follow up with clients post-proposal acceptance to convert leads into successful projects.
    3. Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • International Sales:
    1. Experience in international sales in the IT service industry.
    2. Ability to engage with CXO level in large companies.
  • Communication and Persuasion:
    1. Strong communication skills.
    2. Persuasive abilities and influence decision-makers.
  • Lead Generation:
    1. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Marketing, Bidding on Portals, and other lead generation methods.
    2. Cold calling experience.
  • Negotiation Skills:
    1. Strong negotiation skills for contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    1. Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, pipeline reports, and metrics.
    2. Well-versed with RFP/RFQ/RFI processes
  • Communication Skills:
    1. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Self-Starter:
    1. Inherent ability as a natural self-starter.
